Terms of service

Draft · needs legal review

1. Who we are

In short: Brandbook is run from Melbourne, Australia.

These terms are an agreement between you and Brandbook (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your account

In short: Keep your login safe, and you’re responsible for what happens under it.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your organisation. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

In short: Your brand, assets and drafts belong to you. We only use them to run the service.

You keep all rights to the content you upload or generate. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it so we can provide Brandbook to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Acceptable use

In short: Don’t use Brandbook to break the law or impersonate other brands.

You must not upload content you don’t have rights to, scan sites you aren’t authorised to represent for commercial use, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Plans and billing

In short: Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

Fees are charged in advance per brand or per workspace, as shown on the pricing page. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Liability

In short: We work hard to keep things running, but the service is provided as is.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
