1. What we collect

In short: Your account details, the brands you build, and basic usage data.

Account: name, email, organisation, billing details (processed by our payment provider). Brand data: websites you scan, files you upload, rules you write. Usage: pages viewed, features used, device and browser.

2. How we use it

In short: To run Brandbook, improve it, and keep it secure. Never to sell.

We use your information to provide the service, respond to you, prevent abuse and understand which features help. We do not sell personal information.

3. AI and model providers

In short: Your content is sent to AI providers only to complete your requests.

When you generate or check content, relevant brand rules and drafts are sent to our model providers.

5. Where your data is stored

In short: Mostly in one region, with a few providers overseas.

Some providers process data overseas; we take reasonable steps under APP 8.

6. Your rights

In short: You can see, export or delete your data at any time.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can access, correct, export or delete your information. Most of this is self-serve in Settings, or email privacy@brandbook.app.
