Presentations that can’t go off-brand.
Brief a deck in a sentence. Brandbook writes it, lays it out on your own slide layouts and pulls the right photos and numbers, then you present from a link or export it.

Leo MarshOutreachHow it works
Brief it
Say who it’s for, how long and what to use. Point it at a report, a doc or last quarter’s deck.
The crew builds it
A copywriter, an art director and an analyst write, lay out and chart every slide on your layouts.
Present or export
Present from a link with speaker notes, or download PowerPoint, PDF or Google Slides.
Decks that can’t go off-brand.
Sales teams, partners and staff make decks every week, usually from an old template. Brandbook keeps every one of them on the current brand.
- Built only from your slide layouts
- Type, colour and logo locked to your rules
- Charts drawn in your palette from real numbers
- Decks update when the brand changes

Questions
Can I use my own slide template?
Yes. Import a PowerPoint or Google Slides template and Brandbook turns its layouts into ones the agent can use.
Can I export to PowerPoint?
Yes. You get an editable .pptx: every word is a text box in your fonts, charts are shapes you can recolour, and your speaker notes are in the notes pane. The same file opens in Google Slides and Keynote, and present mode saves a PDF.
Where do the numbers come from?
From what you point it at: a report or a doc in your Library. The analyst only charts figures it finds there, and asking it to check the numbers tells you which ones it couldn’t find. You can always type figures in with Edit data.
Can my team make decks without breaking the brand?
Yes. Every slide is built on one of your deck layouts, so the type, colours and logo stay put. Each slide is checked against your rules, and decks can go to a reviewer before anyone presents them.
Can I present from Brandbook?
Yes. Presenter view shows the slide, the next one, your notes and a timer, with the audience’s screen in a second window. Share a link and anyone can flick through the approved deck in a browser.
