Upload or sync
Drag in a folder, or connect Drive or Dropbox and keep it in step.
It organises itself
Files are named, tagged and grouped by campaign as they arrive.
Share with a link
One link per file that always serves the newest approved version.
Storage that knows which file is right.
Drive and Dropbox hold everything. Brandbook tells you which one to use.
- Old logos and off-brand files are flagged
- Links update when a new version is approved
- Big video files stream instead of download
- Partners get a portal, not your whole drive
What you get
Big files
Upload video up to 50 GB a file.
Stable links
Put a CDN link on your website and it never breaks.
Versions
Every save is kept. Go back to any of them.
Expiring links
Set a date and the link stops working.
Search inside
Find a photo by what’s in it, or a PDF by what it says.
Sync
Two-way sync with Google Drive and Dropbox folders.
Questions
How much storage is included?
Every plan includes 100 GB of storage.
What file types can I store?
Logos, photos, video, PDFs, fonts, decks and zips, and the other files a brand team works with. Photos, video and PDFs can be searched by what’s in them.
Is there a file size limit?
Video can be up to 50 GB a file. Big files stream instead of making people download them first.
Do links break when I update a file?
No. Each file keeps one stable link that always serves the newest approved version. Drafts and work in review are never served.
Can I sync with Google Drive?
Yes. Connect a Google Drive or Dropbox folder and Brandbook keeps it in step both ways.
Start with your website.
Paste your URL. Brandbook reads your brand in a few minutes, then everything it makes follows it.
