Set who can approve changes
Choose who signs off rule changes and drafts.
Anyone with the Reviewer role or above can approve or reject work and rule changes. Reviewers can own particular parts of the brand, like Voice or Colour, so changes there go to the right person.
- 1Go to Settings › People.
- 2Change the person’s role to Reviewer, or Editor or Owner if they also make things.
- 3Choose which parts of the brand they sign off.
Offices whose drafts need review can’t sign anything off, even as Editors.
